Website operator and contact
The website tokenAtlas.dev is operated by K_NODE, Poland, which is the controller of the data described here. Contact: dev@tokenAtlas.dev. The full geographical address of the operator has not yet been supplied for publication.
What this website processes
The site is static. It has no account, contact form, advertising or browser analytics. It does not connect to your AI accounts or your local tokenAtlas database. The page code saves your chosen language and light or dark theme in your browser's local storage, under tokenatlas-language and tokenatlas-theme. Optional personal ratings in the Tibo fact-checking table stay in the same browser under tokenatlas.tibo.assessments.v1; they are not sent to the server or used as factual verdicts. It reads these choices on later visits. You can remove them by clearing this site's data in your browser. The page code does not set cookies.
To deliver and protect the website, the hosting server may process technical request data such as your IP address, request time, requested address and browser information. The hosting provider is webh, whose servers are located in Poland. K_NODE uses this processing to make the site available, diagnose faults and protect it against abuse, on the basis of legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Server records are kept according to the hosting configuration for as long as needed for those purposes; the exact retention setting must be confirmed by the operator.
If you email K_NODE, your address and message are processed to answer your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(f), or Article 6(1)(b) when your request concerns a contract). Correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle the matter and, if necessary, to establish or defend legal claims.
Technical request data is needed to display the website. Email contact is voluntary; without your address K_NODE cannot reply. Hosting and email service providers may receive the data needed to provide those services. This website does not use automated decisions or profiling.
The tokenAtlas application
The tokenAtlas desktop application is in beta. It is published free of charge on GitHub under the Apache License 2.0 and provided "as is", without warranties or conditions of any kind, as set out in that licence. Screens, features and calculations still change and errors are possible. Its figures are estimates at API rates, not invoices or proof of what a provider charged or granted; check decisions that matter against your provider's own billing. Problems can be reported on GitHub or at dev@tokenAtlas.dev.
Independence and trademarks
tokenAtlas is an independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI or the makers of the other tools it reads or shows. Claude, Codex, Gemini, Grok, OpenCode and other product names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the tools concerned.
External services and financial support
Links to GitHub, Stripe, Ko-fi, Patreon and other support providers take you to their own websites. They do not load inside this page. You choose and confirm any payment on the provider's website. That provider's privacy information and payment terms apply there. Merely viewing this page does not send your browser to a payment provider.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Depending on the circumstances, you may also request data portability. Contact dev@tokenAtlas.dev. You may complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Aby udostępnić i zabezpieczyć stronę, serwer może przetwarzać techniczne dane żądania, takie jak adres IP, czas, żądany adres i informacje o przeglądarce. Aplikacja tokenAtlas
Aplikacja desktopowa tokenAtlas jest w wersji beta. Jest udostępniana bezpłatnie na GitHubie na licencji Apache 2.0, w stanie „takim, jaki jest”, bez jakichkolwiek gwarancji i warunków, na zasadach opisanych w tej licencji. Ekrany, funkcje i obliczenia wciąż się zmieniają i mogą zdarzyć się błędy. Pokazywane wartości to szacunki według stawek API, a nie faktury ani dowód tego, co dostawca naliczył lub przyznał; ważne decyzje sprawdzaj w rozliczeniach samego dostawcy. Problemy można zgłaszać na GitHubie lub pod adresem dev@tokenAtlas.dev.
Niezależność i znaki towarowe
